Diamond Music Group & Coalmine Records were both established by its founder & C.E.O., Matt Diamond. Over the years, Coalmine Records has amassed an extensive hip-hop catalog and has had the opportunity to work with several iconic as well as up-coming artists, producers and DJs in the hip-hop industry such as Pharaohe Monch, Kool G. Rap, Large Professor, Sean Price, Dilated Peoples, Emilio Rojas, Talib Kweli, Torae, Skyzoo, Termanology, Alchemist, JR Rotem, M-Phazes, Illmind, Khyrsis, Shuko, Domingo, DJ Kay Slay, DJ Revolution, DJ Babu and more. More recently, Matt formed the parent company Diamond Music 360 (DM360) in effort to permeate into different facets of today's music industry. DM360 specializes in online marketing, production, project consulting, digital distribution, sync/licensing, press releases, radio promotions, video production & promotions, graphic design, cd duplication & more. Today, DMG/Coalmine Records functions as a full service enterprise that can cater to nearly every realm of the urban music community. Matt has become very fulfilled in realizing the depth of services that he can provide to today's music industry through DM360 while simultaneously satisfying his passion for releasing quality indie hip-hop music through his Coalmine imprint.
