Coma have built enough steam up in Cologne that the city's iconic label Kompakt has declared them a central act to 2013 and integral to the future of their dance-haven's music scene. Based on this new single "Hoooooray," I'm inclined to agree. The duo keeps it sterile, danceable, a little sleazy, a little gothic and poppy enough for their minimal-disco to leave a good bruise. Their debut album is out April 2013.
