DOWNLOAD: Memory Tapes - Bicycle
We're getting wary of the whole "mysterious electronic producer" thing, but whoever is behind the blog We're Tapes and the jubilant disco-pop posted there under a variety of guises is really into giving away their (awesome) music for free. And that's totally admirable. For now, this person seems have settled on the name Memory Tapes, lining up a proper full-length and 12" single for release later this summer on UK-based Loog Records. The 12" will also include a rare remix from The Horrors, which means we will stubbornly be plunking down extra cash for the import. At least the above cover art will look cool when we can hang the sleeve on our wall! And the a-side, a beaming little nugget called "Bicycle," is available for free! Whoever this is, they've got our interests at heart.
