Theoretical Girl is South London's modern Edie Sedgwick if Edie actually made good music (rather than mostly just inspired it). A phenomenon that began as an 8-track in a bedroom, Theoretical Girl (i.e. Amy Turnnidge) is one of the brand-spankin' new foreign gems to see at this year's SXSW, before her name becomes a bloggeratti mainstay. In the track below, her voice angelically hovers over hypnotic electro-pop beats.
