Static Revenger (a.k.a. Californian DJ Dennis White) has penned many a club hit (his most famous being 2000’s “Happy People”) but the song we’re releasing today has more of a mid-tempo, almost trip-hop feel to it. “Sweetest Day” is a simple song, constructed around the refrain “Today is the sweetest day I ever had/’cause you’re mine”.
