- Bio: Widower have come to reclaim pop music for people who remember it before it became a clean word. Funny to think that pop once embraced a deviant, twisted neorosis, set it to a disco beat and took a whole subculture all the way to No 1. Widower are inspired by a time when the underground became overground and haute couture and low life kissed in dark basements all over the country, spawning a golden age for pop. Maybe Widower's fucked up glam is the first rumbling of a new one......
