Bio: Justin Deary and Jon Treneff started Whalebones in Seattle during the spring of 2005. Morning Man was recorded and mixed at homes in Seattle
& Bainbridge Island, WA by Nick DeWitt & Whalebones in 2006 & 2007. It was just re-released on the Luckyhorse Industries label. Whalebones have toured up and down the west coast a few times now, sharing the stage with kindred spirits Oakley Hall, Wolf Parade, Frog Eyes, Cave Singers, Black Mountain, Pink Mountaintops, Howlin Rain, and more. Hopefully more touring and recording soon!
