Bio: Steve Starks is beasting as of late. As 1/3 of the Nouveau Riche crew, along with Nacey and Gavin Holland, he's been running things in DC for years. But in 2010 his tracks have been everywhere, combining the harder side of Baltimore Club with Techno and House influences. We think Stretch Armstrong put it best: "Just the right amount of murder."
