(more) minimal house and techno, the praise from fans and the media was nothing short of overwhelming, throwing Kompakt’s co-founder and musician into the spotlight as one of the worlds favorite DJ’s and dance music tastemakers. Balancing a relentless tour schedule around the globe Michael and continuing his co-A&R duties for Kompakt and managing operations of the company’s distribution wing, he remarkably still finds inspiration in the recording studio. From his debut full-length “Touch” and close to 20 singles and many remix credits that include Miss Kittin, Depeche Mode, Nathan Fake and the Pet Shop Boys it’s obvious that Michael’s pool of adoration and support for music has no bottom.
