Bio: Henri Dust? Who is this person? I think he lives somewhere in California, or he might even be Danish, black, white, no clue? We have ... (more) conversed on the internet a bit, discussing contemporary art, culture, beautiful/ugly women, design, and photography. He seems to gain inspiration from rap, juke, noise-rock, satire, death, and pure speech. Henri did tell me that he creates all of his samples/sounds himself, plays various instruments to gain samples, and has only used two or three samples that weren't original but from movies or skits. I am most intrigued by his taste and mysterious aesthetic. I also like the fact that he raps over his own music, thus keeping it completely his own. I downloaded his "ep1" - it's great. He is doing something very new, yet completely old. It's a weird balance, but I think it works. (less)
