With nods from both Rihanna and Clams Casino, November’s been a pretty based month for singer-songwriter Mikky Ekko. In this edit, Ryan Hemsworth takes the original Clams-produced “Pull Me Down” – a tender, atmospheric love song – and throws smoke and kicks at it for a darker, afterhours makeover. Ekko’s debut is slated for release from RCA with features from Paul Epworth, Dave Sitek, John Hill and Justin Parker.
