Blue Chips, the collaborative mixtape from Action Bronson and Party Supplies, might actually be my favorite hip-hop effort this year. So stoned, so slapdash, it shows that Bronson can destroy any beat with his hyper-vivid, often-hilarious rhymes. Thankfully, the two continue to work together and we have this new one, "It's Me," which finds Action lounging-out over an "Under The Sea"-sounding vibraphone production – essentially the greatest match I could possibly imagine. I actually cackled.
