The coolest part about being in a sweet Canadian indie band is that you get to pal around with other sweet Canadian indie bands. To wit: eyeshadow guru and gravely voiced electropop star of our generation, Diamond Rings, has a most excellent jam for slow dancing in a steam vent titled “Runaway Love.” And if that wasn’t enough to make your heart skip, band besties Stars then went and volunteered their sylph vocals and minimal, misty FX to maximal swooning effect.
