Southern California group The Burning Of Rome unveiled a new album, With Us, this week, and it's a collection of eclectic rock tunes. The LP includes three remixes by Paul Leary of Butthole Surfers, including this one of “Norman Bates" – a strange and strangely compelling track that marries bizarre instrumentation with a solid choral hook, creating a sometimes gothic, sometimes dancy track that creeps up on you.
