Nashville, TN group Kopecky Family Band formed back in 2007, releasing several EPs and touring to festivals like SXSW and Bonnaroo. The group, led by singer Kelsey Kopecky, will finally unveil its debut album, Kids Raising Kids, on October 23. It's a collection of buoyant, folk-tinged indie rock numbers, and “Heartbeat” is a peppy, handclap-driven affair that pairs lighthearted instrumentation with a hook-laden melody.
