STREAM: Skeme - Kidz With Gunz
Hip-hop is dead. Hip-hop is unadventurous. Hip-hop is blah blah blah. I hear lots of complaints but little championing of the experimenters who take rap's spirit and push it into a new dimension for a new era. Skeme is one of those. "Kidz With Gunz," which features Schoolboy Q, maintains the genre's rebellious spirit but the glitchy beat and energy are totally manic and insane. Skeme's new one, Alive & Living, is out October 16.
