The break-up (or, at the very least, hiatus) of Parts & Labor left many of its rabid fans disheartened. But, ahem, part of Parts & Labor is back in the form of Dan Friel's solo project. Here, Friel employs a whirlwind of jumpy noise – not a surprise coming from a P&L alum – for a track off his upcoming EP, Valedictorian/Exoskeleton, which sees an October 16 release on Thrill Jockey.
