Sundress, which hails from Denton, TX, started out with an EP of psych rock-inspired tunes. This new number, “California Dames,” comes from a 7-inch that the band recently released via White Iris. This sun-soaked track is the A-side, leading the release with its hazy, psychedelic pop sound. It may come as no surprise that Wayne Coyne counts himself among Sundress’ fans.
