PREMIERE: Line & Circle - Roman Ruins
Recently formed Echo Park band Line & Circle will release a new 7-inch this week via White Iris. The effort’s A-side, “Roman Ruins,” is a buoyant indie pop number that the band recorded last summer along with accompanying B-side “Carelessness.” This track refracts its emotionally heavy lyrics through hooky choruses and showcases the group’s predilection for layered pop melodies.
