The crew’s languid drumkits, taffy riffs and patented distorted melodies are magnified here; bigger, better and soupier than ever. It’s basically the sonic version of playing Slip ‘n Slide with The Beatles into a field of sun-showers and daydreams. More barn burners ahead, when the album officially drops on Modular later this year.
