Eric Copeland, whether in his dayjob band Black Dice or holding court under his own name, is one of the best at turning sonic garbage into hypnotic, danceable vamps. "Tarzan And The Dizzy Devils" is about as accessible as he gets, hammering rhythms out of air and breath, sending pitched samples down rivers and eventually settling on a swirly, psychedelic stomp that could make you dance, throw punches and think at the same time.
