"Need It," a new one by UK strivers Splashh (yes, double-h), makes me want to return to the '90s and drive around in a Volvo with the windows down. It packs a propulsive indie rock punch, escapist chorus ("I want to run away") and a breezy punkish tempo that also works for bands like No Age.
