PREMIERE: SINAH - Nobody Knows

SINAH (that’s pronounced Xena, as in warrior princess) is a London-by-way-of-Berlin songstress whose mysterious, frayed electronica's been compared to Bonobo and Nicolas Jaar. You know, the kind of off-kilter, jazz-minded white noise that feels like the hour before dawn, just as your high peaks. In “Nobody Knows,” SINAH’s girlie, ghostly voice is hypnotizing, riding trembling piano chords and drippy beats, static swipes and a mechanical heartbeat. Pretty, weird, pretty weird stuff below, and on her 4-track EP of the same name, out on her own label ZNA later this month.
