New Jersey punk band The Bouncing Souls has released countless albums and singles over its lengthy career. Now the group will offer up a brand new one, Comet, via Rise Records and their own Chunksaah Records. The album, produced by Bill Stevenson at the Blasting Room in Ft. Collins, CO, is a melodic collection of thoughtful punk rock tracks. You can get a taste of the music here on the record’s first single “Static” – a rollicking number that raises questions about modern media.
