K.Flay, a fast-talking, lyrically-literate artist from San Francisco, released a new EP, Eyes Shut, for free via her website earlier this year. But in case that hasn’t tided you over, we’ve got the rapper’s brand new track, “Life = Trap,” which samples Elite Gymnastics’ “Life/Trap.” The boisterous number, which features a cacophonous beat, calls out to math, the ongoing ennui of being alive and pays subtle homage to rock band Trapt (seriously).
