Savannah metal band Baroness has released two albums, Red Album and Blue Record, which they'll build on with Yellow & Green on July 17 via Relapse Records. The effort, produced by John Congleton (Explosions In The Sky, St. Vincent), expands the group’s aggressive sound that balances heavy rock instrumentation with melodic vocal lines. “Take My Bones Away” is a layered, gritty number featuring propulsive, fuzzed-out guitars and a massive surge of sound.
