River City Extension will release its second LP, Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Your Anger, on June 5 via XOXO Records. The album, a follow-up to the New Jersey band’s 2010 debut The Unmistakable Man, expands upon the group’s sparkling, thoughtful indie rock ethos. “If You Need Me Back In Brooklyn,” the record’s flagship single, is a pensive, slow-building track garnished with horn accompaniment and led by Joe Michelini’s affecting croon.
