Real talk: a friend of mine just died suddenly and this aching bit of tundra indiepop from Dublin’s Sacred Animals (in collaboration with Steffaloo) is just about the only thing that can soothe me at the moment. Its ethereal gleam is enveloping, rocking, moving, and as sad as it may seem it is also enormously lovely and liberating.
