DOWNLOAD: Constants - Strange Fruit (Catherine Wheel Cover)
Boston rockers Constants will offer up a new album, Pasiflora, on July 24 via The Mylene Sheath – however this cover of Catherine Wheel’s “Strange Fruit” won’t appear on that record. Instead, the cover song, which showcases the group’s heavily lush indie rock style, is a precursor to what will become the band’s fifth studio release. Here, they reimagine the ‘90s shoegaze rockers' fuzzed-out track, infusing the static-laced melody with a hypnotic urgency.
