STREAM: Mount Eerie - House Shape
OK, so I'm probably way biased here, but Phil Elverum (aka The Microphones, aka Mount Eerie) is one of the most unique songwriter/producers of the last decade. When he makes major albums, it's a major event in the world of homespun organic music. This new one, "House Shape," is the first single from Clear Moon (his first of two albums in 2012), and it pushes things forward while retaining the droney, distorted naturalism that made old Microphones tracks so amazing.
