Real Estate's Days was, perhaps unsurprisingly, one of my favorite albums last year, so it's a welcome surprise that the single for "Easy" brings this brand new B-side "Exactly Nothing." It sounds, yep, like a Real Estate song. The guitars jangle around simple, youthful melodies with unwavering dynamics and a just-slow-enough tempo to make you notice your heart.
