Atlanta rock band O’Brother released its debut album, Garden Window, last week via Triple Crown Records/Favorite Gentlemen. It may be a little soon to denote an album as a favorite of 2012, but consider this one, a collection of cathartic heavy rock numbers, bookmarked for later. “Lo" is an unruly album cut that falls somewhere in between The Deftones and Queens Of The Stone Age with its raucous guitars and noisy sense of release. Plus, the band is touring with Junius – one of last year’s standouts – this spring.
