Wolves Like Us, a heavy rock band from Oslo, Norway, only recently made its debut in the States. The group signed with Prosthetic Records in early 2011 and have since released a debut album entitled Late Love. The LP is a crushing, grandiose collection that pays homage to both sludge metal and alt-rock. “Deathless” is menacing and intense, surging with metallic guitar riffs and thudding beats as Lars Kristensen’s vocals growl with a cathartic, melodic tinge.
