I can't tell if this is lyrical hubris or extreme flattery directed at the girl who wails on "When Angels Sing", but either way, Donaeo is convinced that this song is "what it sounds like in heaven." Heaven must be home to a more vibrant club scene than I'd previously imagined, the Lil Silva remix of the track (hear the original on Donaeo's new album Indigo Child, out October 17) setting an assault course of trap snares and synth pulses for the listener to guide their body over and around. Or maybe the listeners wouldn't have bodies. Maybe that's the whole point. Am I dead because I can hear this?
