PREMIERE: Alberta Cross - Wait
London-bred/New York-based Alberta Cross released The Rolling Thunder EP, a follow-up to their January 2010 debut Broken Side of Time, yesterday. The disc features five new tracks, notably the languid alt-rocker “Wait,” a woozy blues number that evokes My Morning Jacket and The Black Keys. Recorded at New York’s Electric Lady and Sunset Sound in LA, the EP, limited and available now via ATO Records, is atmospheric and moody.
