Well, I don't know much about Idaho, but Finn Riggins is teaching me a thing or two. The trio seems to forever be on tour, which may be why its live show has won quite the growing audience. "Some Are Knightz" instantly pulls you in with a prog-pop indie hybrid that sounds made for the stage. Combining a wide range of percussion (hand claps included) with pulsing guitar and Lisa Simpson's distorted vocals wafting in and out, the song stretches its legs for four minutes without letting up. The band's fourth album and third on the label, Vs. Wilderness is out now on Tender Loving Empire.
