DOWNLOAD: WATERS - For The One
Van Pierszalowski, the well-traveled former leader of Bay Area nautical rockers Port O'Brien, is back with another aquatic-minded project entitled WATERS. Here's the first single, "For The One," which was recorded in Oslo yet seems to come straight from an American college campus. It's all melodic power, compressed guitar crunch and nasally power vocals that rest firmly in The Pixies' crowded yet honorable indie lineage. WATERS' debut, Out In The Light, comes September 20 on TBD Records.
