PREMIERE: Fall On Your Sword - The First Time I Saw Jupiter
Fall On Your Sword, the duo of Will Bates and Philip Mossman, is all about merging sound and vision. In addition to Mossman being a founding member of LCD Soundsystem and having that band's leader James Murphy call Fall On Your Sword "quite possibly the coolest thing on the planet at the moment," the group's newest project is scoring the Sundance film Another Earth. "The First Time I Saw Jupiter" strays from LCD's pop theatrics, opting for bursts of analog tones, reverberated drums and an interplanetary take on classical composition.
