Rochelle Jordan, a mysterious downtempo R&B artist, hails from Toronto, which is the home of both Drake and genre newcomers The Weeknd. Is there something in the ice up there? Paying homage to the experimental R&B lineage of Aaliyah and The-Dream and sporting post-808s & Heartbreak production, "How To Feel" is the sort of stark torch song that's been defining 2011. Its icy sonics pay more respect to dubstep and Drake producer Noah "40" Shebib than soul, but it's Jordan's isolated voice that could easily make her a force to come. This track will appear on Jordan's upcoming debut, In Search Of… Radio, which is slated for a July release.
