This track from it, featuring a vocal turn from TV On The Radio's Tunde Adebimpe and produced by Bill Laswell, is called "Higher Level". Clearly our man "Scratch" has a thing about moving on up to loftier altitudes. Could this be a metaphor, we wonder?
