It's been a little too long since Scots Glasvegas released their self-titled debut, huh? But not to fret! Here is something new from the band. Their music's magnetism can be broken down into walls of anthemic guitars, the charm of a Scottish brogue and, here, highly emotional yearnings. A title like "The World Is Yours" lends itself to a number of interpretations—a guide for living your dreams, perhaps—but if you assumed romance, you were on the nose. Only, it's a little bit more serious here. On top of fully-realized rock is a love song of monumental declaration—"If I'm your world/then the world is yours".
