This is not a song you should play for your mom, unless your mom is into filling her freshly chugged can of Schlitz with vodka from a flask she's hidden in her purse. But if that's your steez, then you should be checking for Ninajsonik, if you aren't already. RCRD LBL has been bigging this duo up for a minute, "Shoot The Lazer" being one of favorite party picker-uppers. It's reheated here by their friend Taperecorder (who calls his sound, "shoegazing-brunch crunk house hybrid") who maintains the same spirit as the original, but reworks it into something teetering on drum 'n bass. The new sounds suits up quit nicely with the original, so if you can blend them seamlessly at your next throw down, we think that'd be a pretty good look.
