Let the teenage taste making continue, as long as they're pushing us away from whatever is the common cord. There is nothing too "chill" about Oberhofer's output. "Away Frm U" sounds like the kind of tune fit for a 1950s harmonizing quartet turned slightly acrid and punky. Like a polished indie rock band's little brothers took all their songs and fucked them into jangly, tougher pop (see: "Petz"). It's also common knowledge that anything featuring "whoa, whoa, whoa"s is undeniable, so take all this in.
