PREMIERE: The Bees - Winter Rose (Tim Goldsworthy Remix)
When I was just a y00t, The Bees were a very different band. They were very much a "nice guy" band, the sort of band you'd listen to while sat drinking Corona on hot summer days at the houses of friends with more money than you. Their recent discovery of the psychedelic ayahuasca plant has opened them up, though, and here they are, six years on from their cover of Os Mutantes' "A Minha Menina", being remixed into immaculate new club shapes by DFA's (?) Tim Goldsworthy. This is one of three stunning remixes for their new single "Winter Rose", out December 20 through Fiction.
