PREMIERE: Tahiti 80 - Darlin' (John Talabot's Oscuro Baile Remix)
Since 1996, French synth-poppers Tahiti 80 have done anything but relinquish delivering their sunshiney records, with damn near fifteen releases to their name. "Darlin'" comes from their next full-length The Past, The Present & The Possible—the version here is deep in the throws of John Talabot's (who is known for remixing The xx and Glasser) tropically-inclined claws. He's produced an eight-minute long assemblage of Brazilian clicks and ghostly muted vocals, but still haloed by Tahiti 80's warm glow.
