You know that if King Creosote's covering Underworld it's gonna be more "feeling morose with strangers in the chill-out room" than "hovering over my own head looking down at myself screaming with unbridled joy". But to be fair to Kenny Anderson his version of "Always Loved A Film" bomps along lively enough, sounding like Hot Chip might if all their electricity was confiscated. Underworld have a new single called "Bird 1" out November 22 and they're playing one of those "unbridled joy" sets at London's Brixton Academy tomorrow night.
