Kanye West's been the most pensive dude in the game for awhile now and these not-quite-as-slow-as-molasses beats are suiting up quite nicely with his flossy-cum-woebegone steez. Anything that's called "Christian Dior Denim Flow" sounds like it must be straight superficial celebrating, but instead, it's baller bombast laced with serious self-awareness. Coming from Kid Cudi, no surprises, that guy is pretty open about his demons and perhaps Pusha T and G-Unit soldier Lloyd Banks get a little deep sometimes, but Banks drops some pain in this one. Pusha's vibe is super current and after a breakdown of his life post-salmon-colored suit from the VMAs, he spits, "Let's be clear and let's be fair/the best thing in music's being off in here/it's a round table full of bosses here". We've been singing the praises of these G.O.O.D. Friday get-togethers for a minute, so we're all about meta-appreciation in one of them. Plus, Ryan Leslie rapping!
