PREMIERE: Twin Shadow - I Can't Wait (Gordon Voidwell Remix)

The original version of "I Can't Wait" had us pining New Romantic-like for sno cones and some temperate weather, but after a turn through the ringer with one-man synth explosion Gordon Voidwell, it's dripping with disco-funk futurism and encouraging us to move through the sweat. Fine, dudes! We will because summer heat is evidently inescapable and this remix sounds like a celebration of being sticky. It also makes us want to do the worm. Twin Shadow's debut album, Forget, is still a ways off–Terrible's releasing it on September 28, after things have cooled down.
