Perennially poised British indie quartet The Clientele have a new mini-album (albumette?) on the way through Merge called Minotaur, "Jerry" being the obligatory MPfree primer. What can we glean from it? That Minotaur will sound like a Clientele record, of course–a little dainty, a little dreamy, a lot pretty, and obviously made by folks that worship the Kinks. It's out August 31.
