The Love Language was, for a time, a band, but it's back to being just Stuart McLamb, North Carolina native and talented pusher of chest-rupturing parlor-rock supernovas. "Heart To Tell" is the lovesick, lightfooted crux of the new Love Language album, Libraries, recorded by McLamb and producer BJ Burton and due out through Merge on July 13.
